The trade-in program is currently available only to Canadian customers.
To receive the coupon offer, customers must send in a pair of La Canadienne boots or shoes that are in good condition and without any damage or signs of wear and tear. La Canadienne reserves the right to reject any trade-in items that do not meet these criteria.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the items to La Canadienne. We recommend selecting a shipping service that offers a tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
