TRADE-IN PROGRAM

By participating in La Canadienne's trade-in program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • The trade-in program is currently available only to Canadian customers.
  • To receive the coupon offer, customers must send in a pair of La Canadienne boots or shoes that are in good condition and without any damage or signs of wear and tear. La Canadienne reserves the right to reject any trade-in items that do not meet these criteria.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the items to La Canadienne. We recommend selecting a shipping service that offers a tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
  • The coupon is worth $75 off the customer's next online purchase and will be emailed to the customer once we receive and process their trade-in item.
  • The coupon offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
