My husband ordered me size 8 (EU 38 on size chart). They send us EU 39 shoes. When my husband emailed them, they insisted they checked and ASA is an older style and the sizing for it was different. They stated in the email that size 8 is 39 in European sizing. However, the size chart for US 8 should be EU 38. In order to do the exchange, they want my husband to order and pay again. Don’t order from them.
