TAMMY LEATHER BOOTIE

These boots are fabulous. They are stylish and comfortable and like all La Canadienne shoes/boots they can be worn on rainy days or snowy days, without ruining the leather. I had bought a burgundy coloured pair of the same style more than a year ago and wanted to get a pair of brown ones.

boots are lovely but the toe box is much too small. I ALWAYS wear a 9-9.5 and the 9.5 is too tight in the toe box. the boots feel short. I wish that there was a recommendation to order 1 size up

Super bummed to leave this review, but want to share my experience. These boots are beautiful, comfortable, warm, great on ice / snow, waterproof! BUT they cause NASTY splashes up the back of my legs even when the ground is just a little wet. Kinda a deal breaker in winter! Salt, mud, ruined tights and dress pants. I wish I could attach a photo.

If you plan to wear these boots in fall only on bone-dry roads, absolutely purchase. But as a winter boot, the design of the heel misses the mark.

Got them in both colors. Absolutely love them. Stylish and comfortable. La Canadiennes are my absolute favorite boots! I wear them every day in the non summer months. They are the only shoes I have ever owned that I can comfortably walk in and wear all day.

Excellent boots: true to size, comfortable and stylish. They go with everything, from pants and jeans to dresses and skirts. I bought them a month ago (in brown, size 39) and have been wearing them almost daily ever since. I wear them with mid-weight wool socks (because of narrow feet and high arches.) A big thank-you to Anthony and Harry in the Yorkville store for suggesting them; I would not have chosen them myself, but they turned out to be exactly what I needed!

Love. I may just get the black ones too. They are comfy out of the box. I have wide-ish feet and typically wear. 39.5 but bought 40 sp thick socks could fit. I love that the shaft is longer and they look great with cropped jeans.They seem a touch big and my feet look a little big so I might size down next time.

I wore my boots initially in my house to test out any 'hot spots" that might have rubbed my feet. There were none. I wore them for a full day at work the next day and they were comfortable and supportive. I purchased the dark brown boots and they are lovely. I look forward to years of wear of these beautifully made boots.
