I got the Conner bootie to replace a La Canadienne Chelsea boot I've had for many years. Fit is perfect, style is perfect. No break in period needed. Always happy with my La Canadiennes!!

I just received a pair of these. They’re gorgeous! Not only beautifully made, but feel really solid to wear. I have a wider foot but they fit perfectly. Love them.

The weight is much lighter than I expected. I am usually a size 6.5-7. 37 fits perfectly with medium thick socks. I prefer leather-lined boots even for winter, which provide good breathability when worn indoors. These are great purchases.

Beautiful coat. The material is very soft and falls nicely. I’m 5’ 6" and it hits at the right spot on my leg for a shorter coat. Material is flexible enough that you could take of the belt and add your own belt for a different look.

Best. boots. ever. I researched high and low for practical winter appropriate but elevated boots. Zero regrets with this purchase. The snow just rolls off and the boots look so good while keeping my feet warm and dry. Super comfortable for city walking. Can’t recommend enough!!

After several years of regular wear, it was time to retire my beloved La Canadienne boots and find a replacement pair.
I took a chance and ordered the Axel boots online and am extremely happy with my purchase! I normally wear a size 6.5, and ordered a size 7 and the fit is perfect (as many have mentioned, the calves are a bit on the tighter side but that works for me).
Just like my previous pair, these are very comfortable and incredibly warm. I am out walking my dog every morning and my feet stay warm even in -30 weather (even when the rest of my body is freezing). I have even worn these without socks and my feet stayed warm!
Love these boots and will be a lifelong La Canadienne customer.
