Terms & Conditions - Returns
Before submitting your return request, please review the following:
- Items must be in sellable condition: unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox and accessories and outerwear must have its original tags attached.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds. They may only be exchanged for another size or an item of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
- A $10 handling fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from mailed returns. This fee is not applied for returns made in our stores.
Items that do not meet our return requirements will not be refunded. Customers may request the item be returned at their expense, including any applicable duties or import fees.
