Try before buy

I am a size 40 and 2/3rd Euro, or size 8.5-9 US woman. Had a very pleasant experience shopping at the Yorkville storefront in Toronto, in early March. The young men helped me find the right loafers and offered lots of different choices. Landed on these. Had to buy a size 11! I was shocked. I could see how the previous reviewer would be frustrated. Had to try the shoes on in store--otherwise, if I bought these online I would have been up the creek without a paddle. One of the shoes was a little uncomfortable until I broke them in. Now, they're my favorite. Incredibly well made and can wear everywhere. Thank you.
