These are lovely gloves with soft leather, good stitching and lined in cashmere (which was not listed in the description before I bought them and would have been an added selling feature compared to silk or wool lining). But I made the mistake of picking them up at the Yorkville Store. When I arrived, there were three staff people and no customers. Two staff people did say hello. One went to the basement to find my order. Then the gloves were handed to me, the staff person said she doubted they would fit me (they did and were my usual size), handed me a shopping bag and walked away. She said, "That's it." I was left to bag my own gloves with no tissue. No one said thank you or goodbye. All staff returned to studying their phones and computers. It was weird and unpleasant. I'm a professional and was dressed for work. I can't remember worse customer service. I mean I got my gloves so that's good but I will never go into that store, ever. It's a shame because I have bought boots made by you for years.
