Habituellement je chausse la grandeur 8, mais pour une rare fois c’était vraiment trop grand. Par contre, le personnel a été d’une gentillesse exemplaire et ‘’a rendu l’expérience très agréable. J’ai pu échanger de grandeur sans problèmes. Merci
