Boots in poor condition

I am aware that these boots are final sale however the condition I received them is not acceptable. They are scuffed and have white residue on them. I tried to remedy with a suede brush but it did not work. I have a very narrow foot and found these too narrow for me.

Ces bottillons taille petits, je suggère de prendre 1/2 point de plus et si vous prévoyez les porter avec un bas plus épais qu’un bas de nylon, il vous faut une taille de plus. Ils son jolis malgré tout.
