Nice shoe but sizing is off

Nice shoe but sizing is off. I have several pairs of La Canadienne boots/shoes and they are all different sizes. I'm not sure what is going on with the manufacturing but a size 9 is not the same for all their products. This presents a problem when you order your normal size on a sale item and are unable to return due to ill fitting issues. Not to mention that in order to exchange an item you must first purchase the same item again, return the previous shoes and wait up to three weeks for a reimbursement. I now own a size 10, which is too big and uncomfortable an still no refund! It can't be returned to a a store since there are none in the US. I've dealt with other overseas manufacturers with much better return polices and more consistent sizing. I think I'm done purchasing any additional products from La Canadienne!

Like these so much, I bought another pair in black. They are quite comfortable on my old, tired feet.

Beautiful shoes

Beautiful shoes. At first the width seemed a bit tight and I have narrow feet, but after I wore them with socks then back barefoot the shoes adjusted. They super comfortable to walk long distances.

I'm wearing the tree patent leather mary jane at work almost everyday. I've received lots of positive vibes from my entourage on my looks. Personnally, I like the t-strap, the oxford style, the insole, the outsole, the colors, but most of all the quality of craftmanship of my La Canadienne shoes.

I don't really understand your sizing! What is the equivalent of a
French size 36,.5 or 37? Regular or medium width?

Dear customer, all our shoes are built medium width. For size conversions, you can find our size guide on every product page on our website. 😊 As a reference, an EU 36.5 corresponds to a US women's size 6.5, while an EU 37 corresponds to a US women's size 7.

Can these be exchanged if size is nor right? Have never worn Lacanadienne shoes before, and I might be a 6.5 or a 7?
