It is poorly made

It is poorly made. When I wore it the first time just yo get to work, as I took it off to wear my work office shoes, I saw big and wide black marks on both my calves. I couldn’t clean them off at the office which was so embarrassing. they’re not easily removed. I sent a note to the company and the reply is it’s in their policy that there might be a bit of a dye stain. That’s not a bit. Totally do not recommend this pair and this company’s customer service.

I love these boots, I just wish they fit me better

I love these beautiful and warm boots, I just wish they fit me better. I bought a size that was none too roomy - almost snug - but the boot did not hold the back of my foot. I felt like I was wearing a clog, so I had to return them. I do have somewhat narrow heels so maybe it’s me.

Extremely disappointed in customer service and the sizing of the shoe

This is my fifth pair of La Canadienne boots. Unfortunately, they do not have the same fit as my other boots and fit very large — if you have narrow feet, and usually fit 38, there is no way that a 38 will fit you here. I had to pay $60 For shipping to the US and the return shipping back.

The customer service is horrible and did not respond for over a week to my email. I am extremely disappointed as a loyal La Canadienne customer over many years and will not be purchasing La Canadienne again. This is unprofessional and untenable for the price point of these boots.

Exactly what I expected: warm, stylish and comfortable

The boots are difficult to zip up - the zipper is not smooth and stops midway. The size is not consistent with the last pair of Boots that I purchased from La Canadienne. The last pair was 6.5 but this pair, the 6.5 is too large. I tried and insole but it interferes with the back zipper. I am not pleased with these boots at all and will probably not wear.
It would appear that in order to return, I would need to pay for shipping and there is no refund since the boots were on sale. This is not an issue as I would reorder an different model. Is this an option?

Winter perfect!

They are exactly what I wanted for winter wear. Warm, comfortable and easier to get on and off with the back zipper. Also, good tread on the bottom for weather conditions.

I was very disappointed to find that they have little traction and are extremely slippery in the snow and ice.
This is my third pair of your boots and the other two pairs are amazing so again I’m very disappointed in my purchase.

Dear customer, please note that the fit of our shoes may vary depending on the style and the unique shape of your feet (such as arch, width, and instep), so we cannot guarantee an exact fit. That said, I have tried it and consider it true to size. I have a more narrow feet, but I have bunions. If you would prefer more space, we recommend sizing up.
