Beautiful but small- had to pay a restocking fee!

Loved the boots but they were too small. Reluctantly returned them. Was suprised to find out there is a ten dollar restocking fee- the company advertises free returns! 5 star boot- one star experience.

There is no advertising on free returns, only on free shipping for orders over $275+
The shipping costs of a return are indeed free as customers can print a prepaid return slip on our website.
There is only the $10 fee as per the information on our return policy page: A restocking fee of $10 (plus applicable taxes) will be charged **per unique order**.
