Issues with quality

I've worn these boots three times and the sole is already pulling away from the boot on both feet. It's beyond upsetting and not the level of quality I usually see from La canadienne. I have been a very loyal customers for years--these are like my 10th pair from them. I am hoping they will make it right and this is a defective pair. They are stunning otherwise !

Issue with quality

This is my 8th pair of boots and although they are absolutely stunning, I have worn them 3 times and the sole is already pulling away from the boot! It's absolutely unfortunate because I love them and it also is very against my normal experience with La Canadienne so I am hoping the pair I have is just defective. I'm really bummed out.
