I live in Michigan and wanted a fall/winter boot

I live in Michigan and wanted a fall/winter boot with a low heel and can handle the snow the salt. These boots are beautiful. I’m typically a 7.5 but can range between sizes 7-8 depending on shoe style. The 7.5 do have some room, but will be great with a thicker sock in winter. I didn’t try a 7, but can imagine they might have felt too tight. I’m not sure if it’s because they are a little loose or just the boot, but I do find they need a bit of a break in time. I walked about 2 miles in them first wear and had slight blisters on one foot near the ankle bone and outside toe.

Otherwise they are beautiful and have no doubt they will be comfy after some time.
