Nice boot, true to size but one boot appeared scuffed at back of heel and toe. As if someone perhaps tried it and returned it without being too careful. I gentle brushed it out but for the price I don’t recommend.

Dear customer, please note that the fit of our shoes may vary depending on the style and the unique shape of your feet (such as arch, width, and instep), so we cannot guarantee an exact fit. That said, I have a more narrow feet and considered it true to size, while my colleague who has a more wide feet, size up. Therefore, it depends on your feet shape.

Do the Basel brown suede boots run true to size or long? How do they compare to the black crinkle leather version for fit?

That said, we’ve tried the Basel, and opinions were mixed. Those with wider feet found it snug around the calves and opted to size up by half. Those with narrower feet felt it fit true to size.
