I have six pairs of Faydrah pumps and love them. The first several times I ordered online, they came nicely wrapped and in brand new condition. The last time I ordered on line they came in such disgusting condition I returned them. Fortunately I took them back to a store and they had a pair still in new condition so I could do an exchange. When I saw they came in navy suede, I thought I'd try again. I was going to buy both the navy and red suede, but considering my last experience, I kept to the navy only. This time, I was again horrified at how they were thrown into the box with no attempt to pack them properly. They look used. The suede was worn off in places, either because it's terrible quality or because of the way they were packed. The inner lining on one of the shoes was wrinked up to the point that it would cause a blister. La Canadienne no longer cares about customer service. They have lost a loyal customer because whoever packages their shoes and sends out their online orders can't be bothered to consider whatever bad impression they make when the customer opens the box. A second waste of my time and I will never again buy from what used to be my favourite shoe store.

Dear customer, please note that the fit of our shoes may vary depending on the style and the unique shape of your feet (such as arch, width, and instep), so we cannot guarantee an exact fit. That said, I have Faydrah and I am usually a 6.5, but chose 7 for a bit more of comfort. I have narrow feet, but I have bunions.
