They were too big. La Canadian wont exchange them for a smaller size unless you purchase another first and then contact them and then return the original pair. Also, they will not give me the price I paid ($149.99) and want to charge $179.99. I’m very unhappy with customer service at La Canadian and will never buy from them again.

I love the sandals. They are comfortable however they run large. At least 1/2 size.

Could have been my new everyday, walk a million miles in the city summer, go to the beach, dress up/dress down sandal. Felt pretty comfy, except at the edges of the leather bands. However, these raw edges are so sharp, they cut into the skin at the sides of my (skinny) ankles even though I had not buckled them fully. My teen daughter had given them a stylistic vote of approval and slipped them on to see if she could steal them after I sadly took them off. Even a half size smaller and with a foot way more narrow, she complained of the same problem. And this was without us leaving our living room carpet. I imagine these edges will soften over time, but summer would have been over before I finished limping and putting on blister bandaids. Still trying to find a replacement for my favorite sandals of all time back from pre-2020 La Canadienne.
